Last week was Airbands, which is a lip-syncing competition sponsored by one of the sororities. About 20 girls from my sorority partnered with roughly 20 guys from another fraternity. It was an absolute blast! Between late night practices and costume making I developed strong friendships and a lot of laughs. The theme for our group was the 2011 VMA's; we had Katy Perry, Chris Brown, Britney Spears and Lady Gaga. We ended up getting second place which was great, especially after our 1st place Greek Week win. Although, winning is always a plus : ) participating in these activities reminds me why I love Chapman Greek Life; because we are involved and love to perform!
