If you’re around campus at al this weekend, you’ll see signs that it’s that time of year again. Hundreds of girls shuffling from building to building, squeals and screams and snaps echoing through campus, and more glitter than anyone knows what to do with. That’s right, today marks the start of sorority recruitment. For freshman, and upperclassmen who are not affiliated, this weekend presents a great opportunity to meet a ton of new girls, and potentially end the weekend with a family of new sorority sisters to call your own. For those already affiliated, this weekend represents a lot of hard work, excitement, many mental breakdowns, and absolute insanity on Sunday when we welcome new girls into our houses. Chapman Greek Life is a fantastic experience, and if you hadn’t considered it before, I suggest you check it out. I am very confident in saying there is a house for every girl on this campus, and should you not decide to affiliate with a house at the end of the weekend, you will still have spent a few days making a lot of new friends and meeting really cool girls.
