It's been two weeks of the new school year, and already I can feel the overwhelmingness that comes with it. From classes to work to campus involvement, it has started! This semester the bulk of my classes are for my IES (Integrated Educational Studies) minor, which is great because they are all classes I am genuinely interested in. I will say, however, assigning a paper the first week of school was not the best welcoming. But, hey, getting back into the swing of things is my specialty. Alongside that I have tours to give! With this heat, I may push for personal fans for each guest. And on top of both those things, there's also my campus involvement to consider. The biggest thing right now is RUSH for my Fraternity, seeing as it's right around the corner. Planning events, meeting new guys, making sure everything goes according to plan-- it gets hectic.
Now this may read with a negative tone looming, but I can assure you this is how I like it! Being busy is so much more entertaining than being bored. Remember, "If you're ever bored at Chapman, you're not doing Chapman right."
