Living in Southern California, you have the option to try new things every day. Mud run and obstacle course races are growing in popularity all over the nation and Southern California offers some of the best tracks. One of these events is hosted at Irvine Lake, which is just a short drive from Chapman. This year they are doing a “race with reality stars” theme that will help raise money for a great cause.
I will be taking part in the mud run this September with a group of friends. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than rolling around in some mud.
