For many people who want to go to graduate school, those plans are usually halted by a need to work first and earn enough money or already being burnt out from 4 years of undergraduate studies. But Chapman has another great option for students who wish to pursue their Master's degree but don't want to plunge into another 3 or 4-year program. The Integrated Five-Year programs allow Chapman undergraduate students the possibility of graduating with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in only 5 years. A few of the graduate programs that offer this alternate course are the Master of Business, Master of Health Communications, and Master of Computational Science.I recently applied and was accepted into the 4+1 Integrated MBA program. For this program, students with any major are eligible to apply during the spring of their junior year. Students who enter into the program begin their master's classes during the spring of their senior year, and with only one additional year, can earn their Master's degree. When I started college I was set on either doing Psychology or Business. I chose to major in Psychology, and by the time I realized my true passion I was already too far into my Bachelor's degree to switch over. But luckily, this Integrated program has allowed me to do what I want and not waste any time.
